we are passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children, youth, and underprivileged adults in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Through education, empowerment, and care, we aim to build a world where no one is left behind. Our vision is to help individuals overcome the challenges of poverty, and our mission is to create opportunities for learning, social integration, and growth through targeted programs and support.

A non-profit organization, dedicated to helping children, youth and underprivileged adults escape from their misery through academic education and in the face of their vulnerability. By providing them with quality instruction and providing as much as possible for their basic needs to live as humans.
Our Mission
At D.O.L, our goal is to create opportunities that allow us to: 1. Open one or more schools in Haiti and the Dominican Republic to serve especially underprivileged children, youth and adults (vulnerable) and any other children.
And help with schooling to all those who cannot pay their annual school fees according to our means.

CEO and Founder
He is a passionate and optimistic visionary leader. He is the founder and CEO of Divine Operation Love, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering vulnerable children, youths, and adults. The vision and mission are ambitious, but his specific goal is to bridge the gap for individuals struggling with access to education (scholarship) and spiritual growth (evangelization).
Rev. Joseph founded Divine Operation Love with the belief that education and faith are powerful tools for transformation and healing. The organization provides scholarships, mentorship programs, and academic resources to children and youths who face financial and social barriers to education. Additionally, it offers spiritual guidance and evangelism, helping individuals deepen their faith and find purpose and hope in their lives.
Under Rev. Joseph’s leadership, along with the Board of Directors, Divine Operation Love has grown into a beacon of hope in many communities. Through his dedication, the nonprofit has impacted countless lives, enabling young people to achieve their academic dreams and adults to rediscover their faith. Rev. Joseph’s work reflects his deep commitment to fostering both intellectual growth and spiritual development for those in need.
